2D Imaging to 3D Rendering

Mapping technology has come a long way in recent years. Graphic cards now have much faster rendering allowing technicians to turn a 2D arial shot into a 3D mapping with accurate scaling. The technology we use takes hundreds of high resolution photographs with a percentage overlap. When we go to render the photographs, we can choose to render a 3D version of the mapping. Below are the aerial composite images and the resulting 3D rendering.
